Our whisky begins its life in Scotland, crafted as a premium blended Scotch and patiently matured for a minimum of three years in ex-bourbon barrels. A foundation of depth, balance, and heritage.

From there, it travels across oceans to Okinawa, resting for just under two years in our hand-selected casks. In Yanbaru’s warm, subtropical climate, our exclusive water source works in harmony with the oak, unlocking flavors and textures impossible to achieve elsewhere.

This dual maturation - Scottish precision followed by Okinawan refinement - yields a whisky that is familiar yet daringly different. Silky oak, gentle spice, and a whisper of the sea lead to a finish that lingers like the island’s own still air.
