Ingredients
- 50ml Sakhrani Mizunara Edition
- 20ml pineapple juice
- 15ml passion fruit purée
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml honey syrup (2:1)
- 2 slices fresh red chili
- Cracked ice
- Garnish: pineapple frond, chili slice, dehydrated pineapple wheel
Method
- Muddle chili in the shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into a glass filled with cracked ice.
- Garnish with pineapple frond, a chili slice, and a dehydrated pineapple wheel.
