Tropical Drift – Mizunara Heat

A tropical escape with a fiery twist.

Pineapple and passion fruit sweetness meet Mizunara’s spice, finished with a lingering chili warmth.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Sakhrani Mizunara Edition
  • 20ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml passion fruit purée
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • 10ml honey syrup (2:1)
  • 2 slices fresh red chili
  • Cracked ice
  • Garnish: pineapple frond, chili slice, dehydrated pineapple wheel

Method

  1. Muddle chili in the shaker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into a glass filled with cracked ice.
  3. Garnish with pineapple frond, a chili slice, and a dehydrated pineapple wheel.
